Title: Stability in non-linear dynamics – complex analysis approach

Abstract: I will consider the problems of asymptotic local stability of stationary and periodic solutions in non-linear autonomous dynamical systems. A novel approach based on the geometric complex analysis will be discussed as well as applications to sociology and mathbiology. The talk will be accessible for graduate and senior undergraduate students.
