Title: A Harmonic Analysis perspective on $W^{s,p}$ as $s \to 1^-$. Abstract: We revisit the Bourgain-Brezis-Mironescu result that the Gagliardo-Norm of the fractional Sobolev space W^{s,p}, up to rescaling, converges
