Math graduate assistants Keisha Cook, Cong Hoang, Xin Luo, Bryan Sandor and Erin Watley represented the Department of Mathematics at the 2017 Joint Mathematics Meeting Grad Fair in Atlanta, Georgia, on January 6, 2016. Professor Layachi Hadji and Assistant Professor Hyun-Kyoung Kwon also participated in this recruiting event.

The Grad Fair provided an opportunity for undergrads to meet representatives from mathematical sciences graduate programs from universities all over the country. The event provided one-stop shopping in the graduate school market and was co-sponsored by the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematics Association of America.
