Math Undergrad Marie Neubrander’s Work Published in SIURO

Math undergraduate student Marie Neubrander’s impressive work has resulted in a manuscript that has just been accepted in the faculty-reviewed undergraduate research journal SIURO (SIAM Undergraduate Research Online), published by the prestigious SIAM — Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics. Her article should be appearing on the site in the near future (SIURO Manuscript #S131626) — https://www.siam.org/publications/siuro.

Roger Sidje, Associate Dean for Multicultural Affairs, wrote “In my 10+ years on campus, she is the first undergrad to make this milestone, marking the culmination of 1.5 year of continuous perseverance (should I say perspiration) on research topics way beyond our typical undergraduate curriculum as you can see for yourself from her attached manuscript.”
Congratulations, Marie!
