Congratulations go to Brent Christian our PME student who received the JMM 2024 PME Speaker Award. The Pi Mu Epsilon National Mathematics Honorary Society (PME) award recognizes outstanding student speakers in the PME Paper Sessions held at the 2024 Joint Mathematics Meetings.  Brent is majoring in Math and Computer Science. He did undergrad research in Summer 2023 supervised by Dr. Mojdeh Rasoulzadeh and presented his work at JMM PME section. He studied ‘Nonlocal Transport in Layered Porous Media’.
