Math Graduate Students Awarded Fellowships

Three doctoral students in the Mathematics Graduate Program have been awarded graduate fellowships . Phylisicia Carter was awarded the Southern Regional Education Board Dissertation Award for the 2017-2018 academic year. The Dissertation Award offers a one-year, $20,000 stipend, and university-covered tuition and fees. Shan Zhao is awarded a Simons Foundation Grant
