The Math Department hosted a visit on 02/01/23 by two department chairs from Pakistan who were visiting UA as part of the Women’s Leadership Development in Higher Education, a program sponsored by USAID.  They met with the chair, sat in on an advanced math class, and discussed pedagogy and student issues with several math faculty.  Pictured (left to right) are Noreen Sher Akbar from the National University of Science and Technology, David Cruz-Uribe, and Shabana Nisar from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi.
